We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email to track your package.

Postage costs:

Letterbox parcel: €5 within the Netherlands / €7 to Belgium

Parcel post: €8 within the Netherlands / €12 to Belgium

Orders above €150 are shipped free of charge.

We aim to ship orders within 4–7 business days. Need something urgently? Please contact us before ordering, and we'll see what's possible.

Returns Policy

Most products in our webshop are custom-made. Think of personalized text, colors, or designs produced specifically for you. Because we cannot reuse these products, it's unfortunately not possible to return or cancel them once they've been produced. Therefore, always carefully check the information you entered and your order before placing it.

If you order a standard (non-personalized) product (e.g., envelopes), you have 14 days to return it to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is unused and returned in good condition. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to register your return. We will then send you a return label. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount you receive from us.
